Instructor
As a PADI dive center, conducting PADI courses, we are only looking for PADI instructors.
Job Description
The instructor will:
-
Conduct courses from DSD to Rescue Diver
-
Lead certified dives when there are no courses running
-
Prepare their own equipment and customers equipment prior to the arrival of the customers
-
Assist in loading and unloading the boat / truck (we are a full service dive center, meaning the customers do no loading or unloading)
-
Wash and put equipment away at the end of the day​

This role requires heavy lifting so please don't apply if you cannot lift tanks and other dive equipment in and out of a boat and truck.​
Job Requirements
All applicants MUST;

Be in PADI teaching status
-
Be willing to lead certified divers when not conducting courses
-
Be friendly, outgoing, reliable and trustworthy
-
Speak fluent English
-
Be Reliable and hardworking
-
Be able and willing to follow shop policies and procedures when conducting courses and leading certified divers
-
Have your own full set of equipment
Recommended
Applicants with the following will be prioritised:
-
Have a driving licence and be confident driving customers
-
Have boat driving experience or deckhand experience
-
Speak more than one language
-
Intend on staying for an extended period of time rather than a couple of months
-
Be currently in The Philippines or able to get to the Philippines in a short time frame
-
Experience with filling tanks and servicing equipment or willingness to learn
Pay Rates
-
Leading certified divers - 200 peso per person, per dive (minimum 350 peso per dive)
-
DSD - 600 per person 1st dive, 400 per person for consecutive dives (if the diver chooses to do a 2nd or 3rd dives)

Open Water course - 3500 peso per student for the practical component (2 days)
-
Advanced Open Water course - 3500 peso per student

All new crew members start off on these rates for a trial period and a permanent salary is discussed with the appropriate crew members after this time

Divemaster
Even though we are PADI dive center, we are happy to have dive masters from other training organisations.
Job Description
The Dive Master will:

Lead certified divers in groups of up to 5
-
Assist instructors during courses if needed
-
Lead night dives as required
-
Setup and break down equipment before and after dives
-
Wash and put away equipment at the end of the day
-
Load and unload the boat / truck with other crew members
Job Requirements
The Divemaster will be:
-
In teaching status with your chosen training organisation
-
Willing to join dives to learn the dive sites
-
Willing to lead night dives as required
-
Reliable and hard working
-
Friendly, outgoing, and trustworthy
-
Able to follow instructions and take feedback
-
Attentive to the divers at all times and follow all industry and dive center policies at all times
